Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the full-service fee. Please call or text at: 925-899-0577 to cancel or reschedule.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that unexpected delays can occur. However, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation at the provider's discretion.
